There are additional costs for shipping & postage on all products purchased. Consignment costs vary, depending on location, size and weight.
BLOXYGEN / BRISTOL FINISH / EPIFANES PAINT ORDERS are considered dangerous goods. Please contact us for shipping / courier rates.


Paypal, Credit Card Payment or Direct Debit may be used for all orders. For credit card payments, we accept Visa & MasterCard only. Direct Bank Debit/EFT payments can be made but the goods will not be sent until the funds have been received. If this is your first order with us you will need to phone or email your payment method to us.

If you have ordered from us before, you don’t need to do anything as we already know your payment arrangements.

Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for injury or damage direct or coincidental arising from the use of these products. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of these products to their intended use and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection with these products beyond the original purchase price. Due to varying conditions and applications, the manufacturer and seller shall not be held responsible for the failure of these products. The information and suggestions in this leaflet is to the best of our knowledge, reliable. Since conditions of use are beyond our control, this company cannot assume responsibility for any risk or liability which may arise from the use of its products.


Within 30 days of receipt you may return most items purchased in our store for a full product refund. Please note shipping and handling is non-refundable unless the product was damaged or the wrong product was sent to you. We will also pay the return shipping if the error was ours. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. We cannot accept items that are returned more than 30 days after their confirmed delivery, are not in their original condition and packaging, or are opened.

We recommend that you use a shipper with delivery confirmation to ensure your package is received and your refund processed.


Refunds will be made via your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be made within 10 business days of receiving and approving your return. You will see this credit on your credit card statement. Cheques will be mailed to the billing address on the original order along with a cover letter specifying the return details. Direct Debit payments will be returned into your bank account upon confirmation from you of your bank account & bsb numbers. We can only refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or if the product was received damaged.


Personal details will only be kept with your permission for the use with recurring orders, your details will not be sold or used for any other purpose.
